Entrain Culinary Academy (“Entrain Academy”, “we”, “us”) is a culinary training institute at Veemboor - Mariyad School Rd, Manjeri, Kerala 676122, India. We run online recorded courses and in-person workshops.

You create an account with your mobile number. We send a one-time code (OTP) to that number, and entering the code signs you in. There is no password.

Keep your mobile number and the codes we send private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you lose your number or change it, contact us and we will move your account to the new number after we check who you are.

You must be 16 or older to buy a course on your own. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

Your account works on one device at a time. If you sign in on a new phone, tablet or computer, the earlier device is signed out automatically.

This is how we keep course fees fair for everyone. If you are locked out — for example you changed phones — message us and we will reset your devices for you.

When you pay for an online course, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the lessons for the access period shown on the course page (lifetime access unless stated otherwise).

The videos, recipes, notes and assessment questions stay our property, or the property of the chef who made them. Buying a course does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

You may use what you learn in your own food business. That is the point of the training. What you may not do is redistribute our teaching material itself.

You agree not to:

• Share your login, or let another person watch the lessons using your account.
• Record, screen-capture, download or re-upload any lesson video.
• Sell, rent, or pass on our recipes, notes or assessment questions as your own teaching material.
• Run a class or workshop using our lesson videos.

Every video carries a watermark linked to the account watching it. If we find sharing or recording, we may suspend the account without refund, and take further action where the loss is serious.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. If money leaves your account but access does not open, contact us with the order ID and we will fix it or return the amount.

We may change the price of a course at any time. The change does not affect a course you have already bought.

A certificate is issued when you finish all the lessons of a course and pass the final assessment. The current pass mark is 60%. You can retake the assessment as many times as you need.

The certificate carries the name saved in your account, so check that it is spelled correctly before you take the assessment. We can reissue a certificate with a corrected name — contact us.

Each certificate has an ID that anyone can check on our verification page. We may revoke a certificate if it was issued by mistake, if the payment behind it was refunded, or if the assessment was completed dishonestly.

Use the site for learning and for dealing with us. Do not try to break into other accounts, get around the device limit, scrape the site, or upload anything harmful.

Be respectful in messages to our chefs and staff. We may end support conversations that become abusive.

Workshop places are booked by phone or WhatsApp, not through the website. Fees, dates, food and stay arrangements are confirmed on that call.

In our kitchen you must follow the safety instructions given by the chef. We may ask anyone to leave who is unsafe to themselves or others, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Tell us before the workshop about any allergy or medical condition we should know about.

We improve courses over time. Lessons may be added, re-recorded or replaced. If we remove a course entirely, students who bought it keep access for at least twelve months from the removal date.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by WhatsApp or on the site before it takes effect.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account does not automatically refund a purchase — see the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly the sharing and recording rules.

We teach practical cooking and business methods, but we cannot promise a particular business result, income, or job from any course. Career assistance is guidance, not a guarantee of employment.

You are responsible for following the food safety, licensing and hygiene laws that apply to your own kitchen or shop.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.
